INFORMATION ON BANNOW RETIREMENT HOME

Our organisation and dedicated staff promote autonomy of choice, activities, visiting services, entertainment, trips out, escorted hospital visits and much more. Our facilities enable the residents to live in comfortable and harmonious surroundings.

Our home is registered with the CSCI and our manager has achieved the Registered Managers Award, NVQ 4 and Assessor Award and she promotes an ongoing training regime. Many staff have obtained NVQs and Care Skills in line with care standards.

Our inspection reports over the years are a measure of our commitment to our home, and its residents. They are readily available, not just on request but are displayed in local libraries and on-line at www.csci.gov.uk. Quality control questionnaires have been carried out for some years and are also available for perusal.
